• Development of an understanding of managerial framework of the company
• Designing and implementation of Internal Control Framework
• Providing assistance to management in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Personnel and Inventory management
• Development of training and development programs for human resource
• Preparing and analyzing sales and revenue reports
• Design marketing and promotional strategies
• Maintaining efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations
• Making sure organizational operations are in compliance with applicable laws and principles
• Strategizing and digitizing procurement and sales operations
• Ensuring cost effectiveness of all operations
• Bringing improvements in organizational processes and systems
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Implementing best practices throughout the organization.
